Entry Forms and Waiver Documents

Mutton Bustin' Web entires accepted after February 4, 2012 if spots are still available
• Age Limit: 5-8 years old; Weight Limit: 60 lbs. or lighter
• Entry Fee: $25 (PAYABLE WITH ENTRY FORM - see below) CASH OR CHECKS – PAYABLE TO KFLSRA
• Payments for Riders will be deposited – Alternates Payments will be held until confirmed to ride
• Notarized Youth Entry Waiver (see below) must be submitted at time of entry
• 60 Riders will participate – There will be up to 10 alternates taken per night
• Mutton Bustin' Committee will validate all documents at time of registration
• Participation night will be drawn by Katy Rodeo Board Committee.
• DRAWS ARE FINAL - NO switching of dates allowed
• Instructions will be given to each parent (and emailed) once registration is complete
• REFUNDS ONLY GIVEN IF CANCELLATION IS MADE BEFORE THE DAY OF THE EVENT AND/OR IF AN ALTERNATE HAS TIME TO BE NOTIFIED TO FILL THE POSITION
• Web Entry Requirements: (must submit Legible Copy of Birth Certificate and ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:)
     -Copy of CURRENT or Actual Report Card from School(must show Katy ISD school name)
     -Copy of Utility Bill or Driver’s License must show same address as entry form
      ****one parent’s name on birth certificate must be on bill****
• Participants must live within the Katy ISD boundaries
• Contestant MUST wear protective head and chest gear provided by Katy Rodeo (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• There is a limit of 20 participants per night of Rodeo (Thursday-Saturday)
• Each Contestant’s Entry will be re-confirmed by 8:00PM Feb. 20 via telephone or email
